Shipping

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. 

Delivery times may vary depending on your region, but most orders arrive within a few business days.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on unopened and unused products.

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
